For an appointment that is missed or not cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, a fee equivalent to the scheduled treatment time will be charged.

During a massage session, we discuss some basic nutrition concepts for reducing inflammation. Also, you are given stretches and exercises based on your structural needs, posture, and muscular tension. This is a part of the massage session and not a separate consultation.

Nutrition and Fitness

$125.00 per hour.

This appointment focuses in on your fitness and nutrition goals. Together we develop an eating plan and / or fitness program to augment your athletic abilities in your sport or for your general health.

Colourpuncture

The same fees apply as for time spent during a massage treatment.

Unfortunately Colourpuncture treatment fees cannot be put toward your massage therapy insurance coverage.

Using different screening procedures, we will determine the best colourpuncture treatment for you in your current health situation.  We will discuss more at length before your first appointment so make sure you request colourpuncture as part of your interests when scheduling an appointment.

Iridology Assessment

A photograph of the eyes will be taken in the initial appointment. The follow up appointment, scheduled one or more weeks later,  is a one hour appointment in which we discuss the findings and recommendations of the iris and sclera assessment. You will receive a comprehensive report which includes what is discussed in the appointment.
